SkinPen Microneedling

SkinPen Microneedling: The SkinPen treatment is great for improving fine lines and acne scars. A typical protocol includes 3 treatments done one month apart. This treatment works by creating micro injuries to the skin initiating healing to promote tissue remodeling. Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is a great addition to this treatment for enhanced healing results.
Recovery time: Pinpoint bleeding, swelling, and redness are expected for up to 48 hours. The skin will feel dry and tight for about a week.

BBL Hero
PRODUCT: BBL Hero ($250+)
BBL Hero (BroadBand Light): BroadBand Light technology is a superior and more sophisticated take on an IPL. It is a great treatment to target pigmentations, rosacea, small blood vessels, and improve skin quality. This treatment can be done to anywhere on the body. Popular areas include face, chest, back, and arms.
Recovery time: This can vary depending on targeted concern and skin types. Most people recover within one week.
Moxi
Moxi- This is a fractionated non-ablative laser that is great for all skin types. Most other lasers require you to stay out of the sun and are more popular in the winter months, whereas Moxi is suitable throughout the year. Targeting the water in the skin, Moxi addresses pigmentation, sun damage, uneven tone, texture, and signs of aging.
Recovery time: Most people notice swelling for the first 1-2 days. At days 3-4 skin is often described as feeling like sandpaper with pinpoint MENDS (microscopic endothelial necrotic debris). Skin on the face usually recovers in one week and the body can take up to four weeks.

Erbium Yag Laser

Erbium Yag Laser - This laser can provide light to aggressive resurfacing of the skin. The most appropriate settings are determined by your provider depending on what your goal and target is. It is great for improving overall texture. A light lunchtime laser can provide a nice overall glow. This laser is also great for spot treatments of active acne. The more aggressive settings help resurface the top layer of skin and have amazing results for texture, fine lines, and acne scarring.
Recovery time: The downtime varies depending on the settings used. Lighter settings have minimal to no downtime of light peeling and dry skin. Aggressive settings typically require up to one week of downtime to fully heal.
Q-Switch
This laser is multifunctional and used to remove tattoos as well as melasma. A carbon peel “Hollywood” facial is done using the Q-switch laser as well, in which a thin layer of black carbon is spread across the skin and zapped off and takes impurities with it.
Recovery time: Carbon peel and melasma treatment requires no downtime, however mild redness can occur. Tattoo removal can have up to two weeks of recovery with potential for bruising, scabbing, and blistering.

Diode laser
Laser hair reduction is fast and efficient with this device. It is capable of treating large areas in just a few minutes. It has a cooling tip for added comfort and our Zimmer chiller is often utilized to keep the skin cool. Multiple treatments are required.
